Expression of Interest – Community Opportunity in Perth

Northern Midlands Council is inviting Perth‑based community groups to submit an Expression of Interest to lease and refurbish the former Perth Police Station and residence at 96A Main Street, Perth.

Council has recently purchased the property and is seeking viable business plans that demonstrate strong community benefit and long‑term sustainability.

Proposals should outline: 

• The proposed community use of the building
• Governance and management arrangements
• Financial viability and funding sources
• Lease arrangements
• Scope and funding of refurbishment works
• Capacity to deliver and sustain the project

🗓 Submissions close 5.00 pm, Monday 20 April 2026
