Notice of exhibition in relation to Draft Amendment to the Northern Midlands Local Provisions Schedule

In accordance with s 40G of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, the planning authority gives notice of the following draft amendment to the Northern Midlands Local Provisions Schedule.

Draft Amendment 27/2026 (Ref No: PLN-26-0126)

To                       Amend Translink Specific Area Plan NOR-S1.7.3 Materials and Presentation

Location:          Translink, Western Junction

The exhibition period in relation to the draft amendment is from 27 July 2026 to 25 August 2026. During the exhibition period the draft amendment is available for viewing by the public at the Council offices, 13 Smith Street, Longford, Tasmania, 7301, Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 4.30pm, and for viewing and downloading on the Council’s website www.northernmidlands.tas.gov.au.
