Notice of exhibition in relation to Draft Amendment to the Northern Midlands Local Provisions Schedule

In accordance with s 40G of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, the planning authority gives notice of the following draft amendment to the Northern Midlands Local Provisions Schedule.

Draft Amendment 19/2025 (Ref No: PLN-25-0088)

To                       Draft amendment to insert site-specific qualifications on folio of the Register 185939/1 in conjunction with a permit for a 2-lot subdivision

The exhibition period in relation to the draft amendment is from 29 September 2025 to 28 October 2025.
