A note from NMC
We are taking several precautions to reduce the risk of infection to our staff and to the community. In the coming weeks you may notice a decrease in meeting availability and access to our public facilities.

Waste Transfer Stations
All of our Waste Transfer Stations are still operating as normal. All of our sites are operated by an external contractor who has implemented additional hygiene procedures and precautions to adhere to Government advice.
About COVID-19 (NOVEL CORONAVIRUS)
Symptoms can range from mild illness to pneumonia. Some people will recover easily, and others may get very sick very quickly.
People with coronavirus may experience:
- fever
- flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue
- shortness of breath
There is no treatment for COVID-19, but medical care can treat most of the symptoms.
