Casual Cleaners (North & South)

The Northern Midlands Council is seeking to recruit two Casual Cleaners, one to work in the north (Cressy and Longford) and one to work in the south at Campbell Town.

The positions will include cleaning public amenities, cleaning Council owned facilities, including but not limited to cleaning floors, kitchen areas, dusting, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows and disposing of rubbish.

The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience and have a general interest in maintaining public areas to a high standard. Similarly, they will have attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and be able to work autonomously.

Hours will vary, given the casual nature of these positions and terms and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the Northern Midlands Enterprise Agreement 2019-2022.
