Community Infrastructure & Facilities
- Public Pools: A full review of pool operations will be completed before further decisions; discussion deferred to the next workshop and Council meeting.
- Campbell Town Streetscape: Council supported creation of designated parking in King, Queen, and William Streets to offset removed spaces.
- Cressy District Committee: Approved purchase of a PA system using secretarial funding.
- Significant Tree Register: Nomination period extended until 30 June 2025.
Planning & Development
- Planning Authority: Council approved a 2-lot subdivision at 109 Deddington Road, Nile.
- Development Panel Legislation: Submission lodged raising concerns and suggesting legislative amendments to improve transparency and public engagement.
Heritage & Committees
- Heritage Support: Council will resource-share a Heritage Officer with Southern Midlands Council for initial period of 12 months and will not form a separate Heritage Committee.
- Committee Appointments: New members appointed to Evandale and Cressy (and surrounding areas) District Committees for the 2024–2026 term.
Asset & Property Management
- Youl Road Works: Tender awarded to Sherriff Civil Contracting.
- Longford Riverside Caravan Park: Lease transfer and extension to October 2026 approved.
Governance & Financials
- Financials: Monthly report noted; $11,000 in sponsorship and facility hire support approved for Illuminate Education Week 2025.
- Ticketing System: Council will implement an IT ticketing system for managing Councillor requests
Legal & Administrative
- Legal Panel: Council authorised use of a new legal services panel.
Information Items: Petitions and motions were formally received.
