This July, The Rose Garden Café at Woolmers Estate is putting Tasmanian winter produce at the centre of the table for Christmas in July.
A crackle of conversation, the smell of slow-roasted lamb, glasses filling with the steamy spiced aroma of cinnamon mulled wine, a proper Christmas feast awaits.
