Carer Gateway Team meet and greet
Carer Gateway provide emotional and practical service and support for carers.
Here is an opportunity to find out about the free support and services available for carers of someone with a disability, mental ill health, chronic or life limiting illness, frail or aged, or alcohol or other drug dependence.
The Mobile Office will be visiting the following towns on Wednesday 14 December:
Longford 9am - 11am: Lytton Street, next to Longford Village Green.
Ross 12.30pm - 2.30pm: Bridge Street, in front of the Ross Town Hall.
Campbell Town 3.30pm - 5.30pm: King Street.
