Village Green, Drummond Street & Pioneer Park works

Longford Village Green Upgrades

Councils Contractor will be commencing upgrades to the BBQ area and gardens around the Cenotaph, these areas will be fenced off during works for the next 4-6 weeks. The playground will remain open during this time. We thank you for your patience while we carry out these upgrades.

Perth Stormwater Upgrades

Councils Contractor will be commencing the stormwater upgrades on Drummond, Scone and Talisker Streets, these works will commence at the Drummond and Scone Street intersection and progress up Scone and Talisker Street to the Main Road, works are due for completion in March. There will be reduced speed limits, road/lane closures during this time. Please follow the traffic management controls that will be in place. We thank you for your patience while we carry out these upgrades.

Pioneer Park Public Toilet Upgrades

Council wishes to inform you of upcoming works at the Pioneer Park Toilets in Evandale commencing on Monday 5th February, these works are estimated to last for approximately 10 weeks.
During this period temporary toilets will be provided for public use. These facilities will be conveniently located by the entrance of Pioneer Park, adjacent to ‘Lake Leather’, and will be available for the duration of the works.
