‘My Council Services’ is a mobile IT platform which enables members of our community to submit customer service requests via their smartphone device (an App).
Anyone can download the App to their smartphone, and then register their location. If they identify an issue, for example a fallen limb, they can then submit the information, together with photos via the App and this will be emailed directly to Council for action.
The features of this application include:
Simple registration process;
Option to remain anonymous;
Ability to attach relevant photos/videos to the request;
The exact location is recorded as app is configured with Google Maps;
Free App to download on mobile device.
